BARREL ROOM PAIRINGS [March]

Join us for our new event series, Barrel Room Pairings! Every other month, our owners and winemakers invite you into our Production Facility for an intimate, guided pairing experience surrounded by the very barrels shaping our wines. This new dinner series is designed to bring you closer to the craft — and to the table.

Each evening will feature thoughtfully curated small-bite pairings by our Head Chef alongside:

• One white wine

• One red wine

• One collaborative feature from a local winery, brewery, or distributor

For every wine poured, you’ll experience two pairings — one you might expect, and one you might not. It’s a chance to discover how wine can transform food… and how food can completely change the way you experience a wine.

Our inaugural Barrel Room Dinner will be in collaboration with Leonys Cellar. Alongside our featured wines, Leonys will be offering a tasting of his port, perfectly paired with our house-made desserts to close out the evening on a rich, indulgent note. As a thank you, all party guests receive a special dinner discount to extend the fun right after the event. $50 per person.

WATERCOLOR PAINTING [class]

- Learn to use liquid masking fluid to preserve highlights and fine details, then combine masking with wet‑on‑wet washes to paint a luminous water lotus flower and dreamy effect background. Ideal for beginners-to-intermediate painters who want cleaner edges, controlled negative space, and soft atmospheric color. Learning objectives - Confidently apply and remove liquid masking fluid without damaging paper - Control wet‑on‑wet washes to create soft petals and background bleeds - Use masking to preserve veins, stamens, and bright highlights - Compose a balanced water lotus bloom with convincing light and depth - Students leave with a small practice sheet showing how to masked highlights and wet‑on‑wet overlay, plus the full water lotus flower painting for the main project. $50 per person plus one glass of wine. BAKE ME A BOUQUET [cookie decorating class]

Join us in the tasting room on Sunday, February 22nd, for a delightful afternoon of creativity and sweets. From 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, we will guide you through the process of creating your very own edible masterpiece.

During this two-hour workshop, you will learn to decorate and assemble a beautiful Cookie Bouquet featuring three flower cookies and two butterfly cookies, all arranged in a charming display pot. It is the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill while enjoying the stunning views from the tasting room.

Your ticket includes all the necessary supplies for your bouquet as well as a glass of wine to enjoy while you decorate. We look forward to seeing you there for this sweet Sunday afternoon experience!

SIP & PAINT [with Scandinative]

Slow down and settle in for a relaxed, self-led sip and paint focused on creativity, ease, and enjoying the process. We’ll be painting a simple, chic wine glass scene inspired by the artwork shown, designed to be approachable for beginners while still leaving room for personal style and playful color choices.

This event is intentionally low-pressure and at-your-own-pace. Follow along using the provided reference booklet, or make it your own. I’ll be available the entire time to help with color blending, brush techniques, and questions as you paint.

Come solo or bring a friend and enjoy a cozy afternoon of painting, sipping, and unwinding.
