KITCHEN STAFF

Job description

Ensures compliance with Lone Point Cellars Policies and Procedures.

Ability to perform various types of cooking methods.

Follows all recipes and control procedures.

Prepares or displays food to specifications. Also, double checks food prepared by others to ensure conformance with recipes and appearance standards.

Ability to prepare specialty dishes.

Rotates food products daily ensuring quality.

Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines set by Washington State Department of Health.

Performs quality control checks before, during, and after production to ensure health and sanitation standards.

Continually reviews kitchen operations for improvements.

Performs all other kitchen tasks as requested by the Owner, General Manager.

Available to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $16.28 - $18.00 per hour
