COTTAGE AMENITIES
Our cottages are one of Washington State’s premier family-friendly and pet-friendly vacation rental options. They are comfortable, with 450 square feet of space, and include a living room with a premium sofa sleeper, cozy fireplace, and big screen TV. If you’re hoping to cook during your cabin getaway in Washington State, our units come with kitchenettes equipped with all the basic cooking utensils, microwave oven, induction stove top, and under-counter refrigerator. Enjoy complimentary k-cup coffee or tea. Our vineyard cottages also have plenty of outdoor space, each with a private deck that offers 180-degree views of North Central Washington, an outdoor barbecue area, and an adjacent 12,000-square-foot-lawn. Free EV car charging stations available for cottage guests.

Please note our properties are run as short-term vacation rentals. Cancellations made outside of 5 days of check-in are fully refundable. A non-refundable booking fee of 4% will be applied to all stays.

THE RIVER HOUSE
Need more space? Our comfortable cottage style rental home sits on ½ an acre park-like setting, on the banks of The Columbia River. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in our standard offering that sleeps 6. With the option to add additional guests for $30 per head, per night, an extra 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchenette are available on the lower level. The River House can sleep up to 15 people. Features like corner windows, tranquil views across the lawn to the river, and a fire pit on the river’s edge. Built in 1947, recently updated & customized throughout, our short-term rental home is one you can really enjoy. Ideal for golfing & sporting groups, receptions, weddings, reunions & retreats. Guests must only use the number of beds that are needed to avoid additional charges. A minimum 2 night stay is required for weekends and holidays. The River House is pet & family friendly. Available between April & October.
