May Barrel Room Pairings - Kentucky Derby Edition! Every other month, our owners and winemakers invite you into our Production Facility for an intimate, guided pairing experience surrounded by the very barrels shaping our wines. This dinner series is designed to bring you closer to the craft — and to the table.

Each evening will feature thoughtfully curated small-bite pairings by our Head Chef alongside:

• One white wine

• One red wine

• One collaborative feature from a local winery, brewery, or distributor

For every wine poured, you’ll experience two pairings — one you might expect, and one you might not. It’s a chance to discover how wine can transform food… and how food can completely change the way you experience a wine.

May's Barrel Room Dinner is inspired by The Kentucky Derby. Alongside our featured wines, we will also be offering tastings of whiskey from a collaborative distillery! As a thank you, all party guests receive a special dinner discount to extend the fun right after the event. Be sure to come in your best Kentucky Derby Attire as there will be prices for best dressed and so on - Hope to see you there!
