THE ART OF FLOWER PRESSING

Saturday, May 30th on the Skydeck 3:00 - 5:00 PM 

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the techniques to press flowers, leaves, and other natural materials into beautiful mediums for your art projects.

*What to Expect*

Build Your Own Wooden Press You’ll learn how to prepare an 8 by 10 wooden press, designed for easy use at home.

Pressing Techniques Discover how to properly press a variety of nature offerings, ensuring their beauty is preserved for your artistic endeavors.

Take Home Your Masterpiece Leave with a press filled with a collection of delicate flowers, ready for future arrangements.

Decoupage Fun: Your wooden press will also serve as a canvas for a unique decoupage project, utilizing the pressed materials previously created for you to use during this workshop. Designs include either a hedgehog or Hare.

Whether you’re an experienced artist or just starting, this workshop is designed for all skill levels. Embrace the beauty of nature and unleash your creativity in a welcoming atmosphere surrounded by bouquets of nature.
