Yes. We collect the full payment at the time of booking. If you need to break a payment up or book with a minimal deposit, we suggest using our online booking agent partners such as Airbnb. You will pay a higher overall price with our partners.

Yes. We offer a 20% discount if you book all six cottages, or a combination of Three cottages and the River House. We offer a 15% discount if you book four or more RV sites as a group. You will need to contact guest services to qualify your discounted stay.
